Dongguan Qiyuan operates a printing and converting workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong. The floor covers offset printing, die-cutting, and box gluing, with work organized by product line so each order follows a clear, traceable route.

Equipment for printing, finishing, and assembly
Our line combines high-speed printing with finishing and automated assembly, so most packaging is completed in-house before it leaves the floor.
High-speed offset printing
Modern offset presses print full-colour runs on paper and board, with colour matching carried out at the press before each run begins.
Hot-foil stamping and laminating
Foil stamping, film lamination, and UV coating add finish and protection to printed sheets, run on dedicated equipment for each process.
Automated box assembly
Die-cutting and automatic gluing machines turn printed blanks into folding cartons with consistent fold and seam quality across production batches.
Quality control
Four checks from paper to pallet

Incoming paper inspection
Each batch of paper and board is checked for thickness, grain, and surface condition before it is released to the press.

Press-sheet colour calibration
Colour is matched to the approved reference on press sheets, and the run is only released once the sample is signed off.

Drop and structural tests
Finished boxes are drop-tested and checked for compression and fold strength to confirm they hold up in transit.

Packing verification
Quantities, labels, and carton markings are verified against the order before cartons are sealed and palletised for export.

We support custom structures from the first CAD drawing through prototype sampling and mass production. Our engineering team develops custom moulds and die lines, and export batches are packed and labelled to your specification.
